摘要
为了解决依据经验设计的炮架刚强度安全余量过大、质量偏大的问题,利用有限元拓扑优化方法,分析出炮架承受负载的主结构,验证了新型炮架结构在满足炮架强度基础上,提高了炮架刚度,实现了材料优化布局,减轻了炮架重量。
In order to solve the problem for the big security of the intensity and the rigidity and the large quality of gun mount based on experiential design, apply the method of finite element topology optimization, analyze out main structure ear- rying loads of gun mount. It is proved that the new structure of gun mount increases rigidity, achieves optimized layout for material, reduce weight based on proof strength by means of finite element simulation for the intensity and the rigidity.
