摘要
为了研究液力变矩器叶片的强度,笔者抽取了某型液力变矩器全流道模型和叶片模型,利用ANSYS13.0软件对全流道模型进行仿真计算,把仿真得到的叶片压力加载到叶片模型上,通过流固耦合技术分析叶片上的应力分布和变形量,很好地解释了叶片失效的原因,为叶片的改型设计提供参考。
In order to study the strength of the hydraulic torque converter' blades, extraction of certain typed hydraulic torque converter full port model and the model of the blades in the paper. Using ANSYS13.0 software for simulation calculation for full port model, then load the simulation of blade pressure on the blades model, through the FSI to analyse the stress distribution and deformation, and well explains the causes of failure of vanes. Find weakness of blades, provide a reference for retrofit design of the blades.
