试析“内联外延——多维辐合”式小学教育专业实践教学模式

摘要 实践教学改革以教研兼长、知能并举的研究型小学教师培养为核心,强化创新精神和实践能力的养成,本着资源共享、优势互补的原则,整合校内资源,建立理论教师资源库,拓展校外资源,建立实践教师资源库,形成一支专职和兼职相结合、专业和学科相结合、高校和小学结合的教师团队,为实践教学改革提供师资保障,从课程、教学、活动、资源及平台等多个维度加以整合,提炼出"内联外延—多维辐合"式小学教育专业实践教学模式。构建一套包括实践课程群、技能实训工程、科研训练工程、学生自主训练工程、中小学名师讲坛、"前延后续两段式实习工程、"全程浸入式见习工程"多维辐合的实践教学体系。 Our practice teaching reform focuses on research--based primary school teachers in teaching and research, strengthening develop innovative spirit and practical ability. In the spirit of sharing resources and principle of complementary advantages, we the integrate campus resources, establish the theory of teachers resource library, expand external resources, establish practical teacher resources, form of a full--time and part--time combination, form professional and academic combination, form university and primary school teachers team combination to provide protection for the practice of teacher education to be integrate multiple dimensions of the reform, curriculum, teaching, activities , resources and platforms. We extract the "inline epitaxy -- Multidimensional convergence"--style primary professional practice teaching model, build a group including practical courses, skills training projects, research training project, the students selftraining projects, school teacher pulpit, "two--stage extension internship project, full immersion trainee project" multidimensional convergence of systems.
