作为教育公平重要基石的“信息均衡”:困境与策略——基于四川省东北农村中学信息技术教育的思考

摘要 四川省东北农村中学信息技术教育明显滞后,其信息能力和素养的严重失衡加剧了区域间"数字鸿沟"和教育不均。偏颇的信息技术教育观念、长期轻视专业师资培育、专项投入严重不足等都是产生问题的重要根源。为此,应以"信息均衡"作为增进教育均衡的突破口;以大投入促进资源整合;优化课程资源,提升操作技能;创新教学模式以增强实效;加强师资培育,打造数质兼优的专业队伍,从而逐步填平数字鸿沟,促进信息均衡,奠基教育公平。 Informational technology education in the rural middle school obviously lags behind in northeast Sichuan, in which the severe imbalance between information literacy and capacity exacerbates the regional "digital divide" as well as educational inequality. The educational concept of information technology is biased, professional teacher education has long been despised, and investments in special projects are gravely insufficient, which are the important root causes for problems. Therefore, "Balance of information" should be taken as a breakthrough to promote education balance; the integration of resources should be promoted with big investments; curriculum resources should be optimized to enhance operating skills; teaching mode should be innovated to strengthen the real results; teacher education should be strengthened to create the professional team of high quality, which can level up the digital divide gradually, further the balance of information and lay a foundation for education equity.
