输血评估工作对促进临床合理用血的效果分析

目的:通过对比我院在开展输血评估前后临床合理用血情况,探讨在目前血液紧张的情况下,如何通过科学、合理用血将血液的效用发挥到最大化。方法:将我院开展输血评估前后4年的输血病历进行总结分析,比较开展输血评估后临床不合理输血情况的变化,总结输血评估工作产生的作用。结果:我院在开展输血评估前,红细胞不合理输血占34.57%,血浆不合理输血占38.93%。在开展输血评估工作后,分别下降为10.50%和10.18%。结论:开展输血评估基本上做到了对临床用血进行科学调控和规范管理,节约了宝贵的资源,但是也还有一些地方需要去细化和改进。
