大量输血及多次妊娠致IgG抗-D、抗-C混合抗体1例

Mixed IgG anti-D and anti-C resulted from massive blood transfusion and multiple pregnancies:case report

l病例资料患者，女，76岁，因呼吸道疾病入院，常规不规则抗体筛选时3种筛选细胞均呈阳性。妊娠史与输血史：孕3产3活1，头胎正常存活；50年前患者生第2胎时因剖腹产而大量输血，1个月后出现腰背痛、全身不适等反应，新生儿于1周内死亡；生第3胎时新生儿发生严重黄疸，于当天死亡。经过Rh血型系统鉴定、谱细胞检测等判断为IgG抗-D、抗-C混合抗体。

Summary A female patient, 76 years old, was admitted to hospital because of respiratory diseases and three cells were positive by irregular antibody screening. 50 years ago, the patient had received massive blood transfu- sion while born the second child caused by cesarean section. One month after, she had caught back pain, discom- fort reaction and the neonate died in one week. While she had born the third child, the neonate had caught severe jaundice and died also. Finally, IgG anti-D and anti C mixed antibodies were detected after Rh blood system and spectrum cell assays.
