2例Di(a+b-)血型的血清学及PCR-SSP检测分析

Analysis of serology and PCR-SSP in two cases of Di(a+b-) blood group

以往在血型血清学疑难配血中往往通过血型定型（AB0正反定型、RhDCE定型等），抗体筛查（筛选细胞、谱细胞等），抗体Coombs及吸收放散实验等步骤一般即可完成相应的配血过程。但在血清学检测条件不充分时如稀有血型抗体缺乏、谱细胞的谱型不全时等，对于稀有表型及存有高频抗原抗体的血液的配型，常规的检测方法与路径有时就显不够。此时如配合以血型基因分型检测可能的血型表型基因并判断相应的抗体存在，应当是解决问题的一个路径。我室最近在Diego系统抗体缺乏、谱细胞谱不完全的情况下，结合基因分型的方法，解决了2份存有抗高频抗原Dib抗体的定型与输血问题。

Summary It is a difficult problem to detect rare blood group and to do comptibility test between donor and patient, used the serological and genetic methods（PCR-SSP） ,to analyse the two samples which the phenotype was the group Dib--,found anti--Dib＋ in them serum. at last, effectively and quickly resolved clinical emergency blood transfusion.
