Analysis on Override Trip in One 110kV Stepup Station

对一起光伏电站110 kV升压站越级跳闸事故进行了现场调查分析,发现了型号为PST692U的变压器复合电压闭锁(方向)过流保护装置未引入各侧开关合位接点,不能满足保护启动逻辑条件,导致保护闭锁,故障时不能动作。随后根据现场实际情况提出了具体解决方案和整改措施。

Through analysis on the override trip of one 110 kV step-up station for a photovoltaic power plant, it finds that the overcurrent protection devices of the combined voltage blocking （direction） of the transformer （Model：PST692U） are not connected to the closing points of switches on both sides, which cannot satisfy the logic conditions of the protection startup, resulting in the protection blocking and no action when failure occurs. Later, a solution and remedy measures are provided according to the actual conditions at site.
