焦炭低浓度燃烧及碳素溶损反应的模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过连续热反应装置,考察不同焦炭粒度在低O2及CO2浓度下随温度下的失重行为,并采用此装置对干熄焦过程焦炭的烧损行为进行分析研究。结果表明,焦炭的燃烧反应和碳素溶损反应的起始温度约分别为550和800℃,且随着焦炭粒度的降低以及温度、O2、CO2浓度的提高,焦炭的损失质量均会增加;同时通过对TG、DTG曲线的分析,得到焦炭在低浓度燃烧反应的动力学参数。利用连续热反应装置,能较好地模拟干熄炉内焦炭在不同温度区域、气相组成以及红焦燃烧和碳素溶损的反应过程,为探讨工业上干熄焦炉内的焦炭烧损控制及其对焦炭质量的影响提供理论指导。 A weight-loss behavior of coke in different particle size was researched through continuous thermal gravi-metric device in low concentration of O2 and CO2 .The combustion reaction and solution loss reaction of coke was analyzed through this device for simulating coke dry quenching (CDQ)process.The results show that the starting temperature of carbon combustion reaction and the temperature of solution loss reaction were about 550 and 800 ℃, respectively;with the decrease of the coke particle size and the increase of temperature and O2 ,CO2 concentration, the coke’s weight-loss amount increased.The kinetic parameters at low concentrations of coke combustion was ob-tained by analyzing the TG,DTG curves.The reaction process of coke in CDQ at different temperature region, composition of gas phase,combustion of red coke and coke solution loss reaction could be better simulated through continuous thermal gravimetric device.This can provide the theoretical direction of controlling the burning of coke and its effect oonthe coke quality in CDQ for the industry.
