摘要
采用农药残留速测卡检测和养蚕生物试验对比,筛选出适合桑叶农药残留快速检测的酶抑制速测卡,并建立了10种有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的速测卡检测校准参考值,为速测卡应用于养蚕生产中预防桑叶农药残留超标提供了参考。
The detection results of pesticide residue fast detecting cards were contrasted with biological test results of silkworm rearing. And the pesticide residue fast detecting cards with enzyme inhibition especially suitable for mulberry leaves detection were chosen. And the calibration of reference value of 10 organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides were determined.
