摘要
针对如何实现在非固定工位和电磁干扰较强环境下有效监控电焊机的问题,设计了一种基于PIC16F877微控制器芯片的焊机电子管理装置。该装置利用MFRC500芯片完成操作卡的信息读写操作,读写焊工身份信息、焊机操作和工艺参数信息,用于分析和管理。样机的实际使用情况表明本装置在保证焊机灵活性的同时,实现了焊机操作过程的监控。对规范焊工操作、方便焊后质量复查和节省生产成本具有一定的指导作用。
In order to realize the effective monitor of welders in the environment of electromagnetic interference and non-fixed station, a device for electronic management of welding machine based on MCU PIC16F877 is designed. The device utilizes MFRCS500 chip to accomplish reading and writing operations of information in the cards, reading and writing information of welder's ID and parameters of operation on welding machines for analysis and management. The use of the device shows that it achieves monitoring the process for welding operation while ensuring welder's flexibility. The study is convenient to review welding quality and plays a guiding role on saving production costs and standardizing welder's operations.
