摘要
介绍了对城际动车组车体进行结构优化设计的过程,并通过了有限元分析法对车体结构进行了仿真计算和分析,得到了合理的车体承载结构。车体制造后按照EN12663-1:2010标准进行了静强度试验。结果表明,优化设计后的承载结构的强度、刚度和动态特性满足各项标准的要求。
The paper presents the optimization design of the aluminium carbody structure,calculates the carbody structure by FEM, the reasonable carbody structure is given.The static strength experiments is completed according the Europe Standard 12663-1:2010. The results indicate that the strength,modal and dynamic characteristic of carbody structure after optimized design satiafied the requirement of the relevant standards.
