摘要
基于细节疲劳额定值(DFR)法,对2524-T3铝合金搅拌摩擦焊对接接头的疲劳性能进行研究,并采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析焊接接头组织形貌和疲劳断口。结果表明,2524-T3铝合金搅拌摩擦焊对接接头具有良好的疲劳性能,其DFR值为180.9 MPa;断口分析表明疲劳源位于焊缝根部,此处存在的弱连接缺陷对搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳性能有重要影响。
The fatigue performance of friction stir welding (FSW) butt joints of 2524-T3 aluminum alloys is investigated.The detail fatigue rating(DFR) value is measured and calculated based on the fatigue tests.Metallographic microstructures and fatigue fractography of the friction stir welding joint are researched by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results indicate that friction stir welding joint of 2524-T3 has superior fatigue property,and the DFR value is 180.9 MPa.Fatigue cracking is initiated at weak-bonding defects,which are located at the root site of the butt joint.The weak-bonding defects have obvious influence on the tatigue property of friction stir welding.
