摘要
6061铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊接接头大体分为五个区,每个区域经历的热循环作用不同,各个区域微观组织及力学性能不同。采用传统的热电偶测温的方法难以测量焊接接头各区域,特别是焊核区的热循环。采用实际测量和有限元计算相结合的方法研究搅拌摩擦焊接的温度场。使用热电偶测温的方法测量除焊核区之外的各个区域的温度,通过JMAT软件得到材料的热物理属性,并利用ANSYS热分析得到搅拌摩擦焊接各个区域的温度。通过理论计算和现实测量结果得到常规焊接方法无法得到的焊核区的温度。结合6061铝合金TTP曲线以及各个区域所经历的热循环,分析6061铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接各区力学性能。
The FSW joint of Aluminum was divided into five regions,each region's mechanical properties are different from each other by different thermal cycle.The thermal cycle of the FSW joint,except the nugget zone,are able measured by thermocouple.ln this paper,using the Thermocouple and finite element method to study the temperature of friction stir welding.Thermocouple was used to measured temperature of the FSW joint except the nugget zone. Material thermal physical properties was geted by JMAT.ANSYS was used to Research the temperature of the nugget zone.Research the influence of the thermal cycle on the mechanics properties of the FSW joints.We can obtain the temperature of the nugget zone.After Comparison of the results of thermocouple measurement and ANSYS results.Combined with the 6061 aluminum alloy TIP curve.The mechanical properties of different zone of FSW joint was researched.
