摘要
针对某钢管厂生产的不锈钢结构件进行模拟分析,讨论内高压成形焊缝的建模方法,结果表明:在内高压成形时,从计入焊缝影响所建的模型模拟结果来看,应力场过程的发展受到较大影响,而无焊缝模型并没有应力分布不均匀的情况;对于过渡区和胀形区,只有在焊缝附近约三倍焊缝宽度的区域内,壁厚模拟结果才受焊缝处理方法的影响。有无焊缝建立的模型,对于送料区而言,模拟结果几乎没有影响,在该区计算误差最大为2%。
In this paper,simulation analysis is carried out for stainless steel structure of a certain steel plant for the production of parts,discuss the internal high pressure forming weld modeling methods,the results show that the inner high pressure forming,from recorded in the perspective of weld model built by the simulation results, the development of the stress field is large;For the transition zone and the bulging area, only in the vicinity of the weld is about three times the area of wall thickness, simulation results were subject to weld the different processing method.Regardless of whether there is a model of weld,the feeding zone,almost did not affect the simulation results, the calculation of the maximum error was 2%.
