老龄退休人员的劳动供给行为经济学分析

Economic Analysis of the Labor Supply behavior of aging retires

本文在一般均衡世代交叠模型框架下研究了退休后劳动供给对于主要经济变量的影响。结果表明:老年人退休后劳动供给的增加会导致劳动相对于资本贬值、人均资本存量和人均产出降低、个人消费和储蓄降低、个人福利下降。由于增加退休后劳动供给和延迟退休年龄具有较强的替代关系,本文认为这一结论对于延迟退休年龄决策有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper investigates the impact of elders＇ labor supply after retirement on the key economic variables within the framework of General Equilibrium OLG model. The results show that the increase of elders＇ labor supply after retirement will lead to the devaluation of labor compared with capital,the decrease of the capital stock per capita and the output per capita,reduction of private saving and consumption,and fall in people＇s welfare. Since increasing the elders＇ labor supply is almost a perfect alternative for postponing the retirement age, this paper believes that this conclusion is of certain reference for the policy of delaying the retirement age.
