国外发达国家影子银行监管措施对我国的启示

Supervision Measures of Shadow Banking in Developed Countries and Enlightment for China

本文主要通过对国内外对影子银行概念、规模等的介绍,提出"中国式"影子银行的概念、内容、规模,并重点总结对确保不发生系统性风险的金融稳定底线的影响;介绍国外发达国家影子银行的监管措施,得出国外发达国家的监管措施对我国的启示,对我国影子银行的监管提供一些参考。

Through introducing the definition and scale of shadow banking by the experts at home and abroad,this paper sums up the concept,contents and scale of the＂Chinese-style＂shadow banking and focuses on summarizing the impact of the bottom line which ensure the systemic risk does not occur. It also introduces the regulatory measures on shadow banking in developed countries,and then draws inspirations for China so as provide reference for our supervision on China＇s shadow banking.
