从中央“一号文件”看农村卫生事业发展

Study on The Rural Health Development From the Central First Document

2004-2013年,中共中央连续发布了10个指导农业农村工作的"一号文件",涉及农业农村改革发展的各个方面,对农村卫生事业也做出了总体规划,提出很多新论断新部署。结合深化医药卫生体制改革的新要求和我国农村卫生事业发展中的突出问题,提出了进一步发展农村卫生事业的政策建议。

From 2004 to 2013,the CPC Central Committee continuously issued 10 central first document on guiding agricultural and rural work,and covering all aspects of agricultural and rural reform development. It also make a master plan on rural health services and put forward many new conclusions and new deployment. Deepen the new requirements of health system reform and important issues of rural heath development,and proposes policy recommendations for further development of rural health services.
