股骨髁间窝解剖特点及其临床意义概述 被引量:1

摘要 股骨髁间窝撞击现象是由于股骨髁间窝狭窄导致膝关节在屈伸活动的正常范围内出现股骨髁间窝与前交叉韧带的相互撞击,从而产生前交叉韧带损伤以及相应的临床症状[1].髁间窝为股骨下端的重要解剖结构,容纳有前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)、后交叉韧带(posterior cruciate ligament,PCL)以及胫骨髁间嵴[2].
