抓好粮食生产是保障我国粮食安全的基础。我国粮食生产存在耕地面积减少且质量下降、经营主体素质低、农田水利设施薄弱、农业科技成果推广率低等问题。大力扶持种粮大户与粮食生产合作社是解决粮食生产安全的重要策略之一。通过提高经营主体综合素质,以调动经营主体种粮积极性,同时实施规模化经营、机械化作业,及时将科学技术成果转化成生产力,可以增加粮食单产、加快种粮科学技术推广,确保我国粮食生产安全。

Grasping food production is the basic to protect the food security of China.The grain production in China has many problems,such as the reduction in arable land and degradation,low quality of business entities,poor irrigation facilities,low promotion rates of agricultural science and technology achievement.Supporting large grain and food production cooperatives is one of the important ways to solve the problems of grain production safety.Through improving the quality of business entities to enhance business entities positivity for growing grain,implementing of large-scale operation and mechanized operations to increase food yields,making the scientific and technological achievements into productivity,what can accelerate the conversion of science and technology.In this way the grain production safety of China can be ensured.
