不同生境狭叶锦鸡儿灌丛沙堆的土壤微生物数量、养分含量及酶活性的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解狭叶锦鸡儿灌丛沙堆的土壤微生物与生境、土壤养分及酶活性之间的关系,采集内蒙古高原不同生境下的狭叶锦鸡儿灌丛沙堆的土壤,测定土壤微生物的数量、土壤养分和土壤酶活性.研究发现:狭叶锦鸡儿灌丛沙堆土壤中的微生物数量和养分含量表现为典型草原>荒漠草原>荒漠;碱性磷酸酶活性表现为典型草原>荒漠草原>荒漠,脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性表现为荒漠草原>典型草原>荒漠.这些研究结果表明:狭叶锦鸡儿灌丛沙堆土壤微生物的数量和组成差异是由土壤营养、气候以及受气候决定的植被差异共同作用的结果;而土壤微生物与土壤酶活性之间的关系较为复杂. To obtain the relationships among the microorganisms, the habitat, the nutrient and the enzymes in shrub nabkhas soil of Caragana stenophylla Pojark, the microorganisms, the nutrient content and the enzymes activies in shrub nabkhas soil of C. stenophylla were investigated in typical steppe, desert steppe, and typical desert separately on the Inner Mongolia Plateau. The results showed that there were significant differences in the quantity of soil microorganisms, nutrient content and enzymes activities in shrub nabkhas soil of C. stenophytla among the three habitats. For the soil microorganism quantity and nutrient content in shrub nabkhas soil of C. stenophylla, the sequence was typical steppe 〉 desert steppe 〉 typical desert. For the enzymes activities of alkaline phosphatases, the sequence was typical steppe 〉 desert steppe 〉 typical desert; for the enzymes activities of urease, catalase and sucrase, the sequence was desert steppe 〉 typical steppe 〉 typical desert. Based on the results, the conclusions were that the differences of quantity and composition of soil microorganisms in shrub nabkhas soil of C. stenophylla were caused by the combined effects of soil nutrition, climate, and vegetation differences; while the soil microorganisms were complicatedly related with the enzymes activities.
