摘要 研究了柑橘中提取的柑橘黄酮调节高血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。通过建立高脂血症模型,再分别给小鼠灌柑橘黄酮低、中、高剂量(40,100,160mg/kg)溶液,于第28d测定大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、AI值、MDA、SOD及及肝脏MDA、SOD含量和脂体比。研究结果柑橘黄酮能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量,极显著降低大鼠动脉硬化指数(AI)和脂体比,同时能显著增加高脂血症大鼠HDL-C水平和SOD活性,并且呈一定的剂量相关性,柑橘黄酮含量越高效果越明显。说明柑橘黄酮具有明显的降血脂作用和预防高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的生成。 The hypeilipidemia -regulating and anti-atherosclerosis effects of citrus flavonoids that extracted from citrus was studied. Through the establishment of hyperlipidemia model, the TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, AI, MDA, SOD values in rat serum and MDA.SOD levels in liver and body fat ratio of rat fed citrus flavonoids with low, medium and high dose (40, 100, 160mg/kg) were determined in the first 28 days. Results showed that the citrus flavonoids can significantly reduce the concentration of TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA in serum as well as MDA in liver and significantly reduced atherosclerosis index (AI), the concent of body fat ratio, while increasing HDL-C levels and the activity of SOD in hyperlipidemic rats, which had a dose-dependent manner that the higher content of cit- rus flavonoids the effect is more obvious. The citrus flavonoids had significant lipid-lowering effect and prevention of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis formation.
