摘要 针对青霉素发酵液,采用陶瓷膜过滤,其渗透液较原有转鼓或板框滤液在除菌、透光及蛋白截留等指标上均有明显提高,将大大减小提取、脱色、结晶等后续精制工艺的负荷,减少废水排放量、降低能耗、提高产品质量。 Penicillin fermentation broth was filtrated with ceramic membrane, and the result shew that the membrane filtrate was significantly improved compared to origin drum or frame filtrate in sterilization, transmittance and protein retention. It will greatly reduce the load of extraction, decoloration, crystallization and other subsequent refining process, reduce waste water emissions ,reduce energy consumption, and improve the quality of the products.
