摘要
自然界中铝元素广泛应用于人们的日常生活中,尤其是食品添加方面。研究表明,铝的长期沉积会引起学习记忆功能障碍,是引发阿茨海默症的可能病因之一。本实验利用Morris水迷宫方法观察铝对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响,实验结果为今后进一步探讨铝对神经学习记忆功能的影响以及阿茨海默症形成机理提供了一定的实验数据。
Aluminum is widely used in peoples' daily life, especially in food field. Studies show that long term intake of aluminum can cause dysfunction of learning and memory. It is one of possible causes of Alzheimer's Disease. Morris water maze was used in this experiment to evaluate the influences of aluminum on learning and memory of mice, and the result supports the neurotoxicity of aluminum and the formation of Alzheimer's disease.
