摘要 实现水平井均匀动用是提高水平井开发效果、发挥水平井开发优势的基础。针对稠油水平井笼统注汽导致水平段动用不均、动用程度低的问题,研发了水平井双管注汽、多点注汽、分段注汽及分段完井的分段注汽技术;同时,针对水平井注汽阀不能进行调节的问题,研发了可调注汽阀及配套的投捞工具,最终形成了较为完善的水平井均匀注汽技术。在辽河油田稠油水平井大规模应用,水平段平均动用程度提高了21%,增油效果显著。 Uniform drainage is essential for achieving higher performance and advantages of horizontal well. Considering that commingled steam injection in heavy oil horizontal well leads to non-uniform and low drainage from horizontal section,the dual-string steam injection,multi-point steam injection,multi-stage steam injection,and segregated completion & multi-stage steam injection technologies were developed. Moreover,the adjustable steam injection valve and supporting dropping-fishing tools were developed. Finally,a favorable uniform steam injection technology for horizontal well was proposed. Its application in heavy oil horizontal wells in Liaohe oilfield has shown an increase of 21% for average producing level of horizontal section,recording obvious stimulation results.
