摘要
焦炭的灰分含量及灰成分是影响焦炭热性能的重要因素,而焦炭的灰分含量及其成分受煤灰含量及煤灰成分的影响。我们在现有实验条件下,首先对焦化厂使用的煤灰分含量及灰成分进行分析,再对焦化厂生产的焦炭进行热性能分析,同时测定其灰成分,探讨焦炭灰分对焦炭热性能的影响情况,结合炼焦用煤的灰分含量和灰成分分析,指导生产配煤。
The ash content, which is due to the content and composition of ash, is the main factor of thermo property of coke. Under the present experimental conditions, first of all, we researched the content and composition of ash in coking plant, and then analyzed the thermo property of the coke, meanwhile determined the composition, and discussed how the ash in coke influenced its thermo property, combined the content and composition of the coal, this research was adopted on coal blending.
