Innovative Improved Design of Large Sintering with Belt Cooler based on Triz Theory

近年来烧结机呈现大型化趋势，对烧结设备提出了更高要求。本文通过结合Triz发明创新理论和实践经验，分析了当前常规设计方案的缺陷，针对性的提出了一套大型烧结带冷机设备改进优化方案，大大提高了设备结构强度、生产能力和关键性能参数。

Recent years, sintering machine trends to be larger.This demands higher requirements for the machine design.This article analyzes the shortcomings of the current conventional designs and proposed a new kind of large sintering with belt cooler equipment through a combination of Triz innovation theory, and practical experience. With this new design, we greatly improved the structure strength of the equipment as well as production efficiency and key performance parameters.
