摘要
本文结合重钢高炉炉墙结厚处理实例，简述炉墙结厚的征兆，研究分析其形成机理、结厚原因；提出预防和处理炉墙结厚的方法和措施，促进高炉快速消除结厚，恢复炉况，以确保高炉炉况长期稳定顺行。
In this paper, combined with the processing instance of Chongqing steel＇s blast furnace wall liner thickening, it sketched the omens of blast furnace wall liner thickening, researched and analyzed its reasons and the formation mechanism. In order to ensure the furnace conditions of the BF stable smooth operation for long time, it put forward the method and measure of prevention and treatment of blast furnace wall liner thickening, which promoted the rapid elimination of furnace wall liner thickening and the recovery of furnace condition.
