摘要
面对低合金钢CAS工艺洁净度不足的问题,本课题在顶渣改质、软吹氩气和修改合金标准方面进行了优化,使得钢水的质量有较大的改善,进而进行了取消钙处理工艺的试验,发现取消钙处理后,钢水的质量较原CAS工艺优,但差于顶渣改质后保留钙处理工艺的钢水,总体钢水质量却不影响钢坯的轧制。
Faced with insufficient low-alloy steel CAS process cleanliness issue, the subject in the top slag modifier, soft blowing argon and modified alloy standards were optimized so that the mass of molten steel has greatly improved, and thus were canceled calcium treatment process tests and found that calcium cancel processing, quality steel than the original CAS craft excellent, but the difference in the top slag remaining after modification of molten calcium treatment process, without affecting the overall quality of the rolled steel billet.
