摘要
在用水玻璃砂吹二氧化碳硬化法生产CD-4MCu双相不锈钢泵体铸件的过程中,泵体易产生裂纹。我们通过对裂纹位置的观察、裂纹根部及其周边区域铸造缺陷的分析、泵体化学成分配比和热处理工艺等多方面因素的综合分析,找出了双相不锈钢泵体铸件裂纹产生的原因,并在此基础上提出防止裂纹的措施。
In the process of casting the cylinder under the Glass sand blowing carbon dioxide in the water-hardening way, the cylinder is easy to produce cracks. We observe the location of the crack, a comprehensive analysis of the root and its surrounding area analysis crack casting defects, the ratio of the chemical composition and heat pump technology and other factors, to identify the causes of duplex stainless steel pump casting cracks, and then proposed measures to prevent cracks.
