The Matching Design for the Job Market of Fresh Graduates in China

摘要近些年来,中国大学生就业形势一再引起政府及民众的关注,就业难,毕业即失业的言论甚嚣尘上,这严重影响了中国教育机制的发展及社会的稳定。一方面,社会需求减少及大学生自身态度问题导致了近年来高校毕业生就业率低下;另一方面,市场机制本身没有起到良好配置资源的作用,即导致了市场失灵。本文将从市场匹配设计角度来探索解决大学生就业市场所出现的市场失灵现象。 In recent years,the graduate employment has been receiving increasing attention from the government and the public,the comments like ＂it＇s difficult to get employed＂＂graduation equals unemployment＂have been widely spread,which severely affect the development of education mechanism and social stability in China. On one hand,reduction in the demand of the society and the graduates＇ attitude towards employment lead to the low employment rate; on the other hand,which is of great importance,the market mechanism fails to allocate resources appropriately,thus leading to market failures. In this article,the market failure will be explored and addressed from the angle of market matching design.
