摘要
以沈阳音乐学院舞蹈学校舞蹈专业学生作为研究对象,以舞蹈运动科学为研究视角,运用统计学、舞蹈训练学、舞蹈解剖学等学科理论知识,对舞蹈专业学生平衡能力进行测试与评定,并通过各项指标的评定值,以量化的角度来衡量其平衡能力的水平。认为用肢体语言表达情感的舞蹈艺术,对舞者的技与艺完美融合提出了更高的要求,尤其是基本的"跳、转、翻、控"技术技巧的展现,都离不开动作的稳定性,而对舞者平衡能力的判定就成为衡量其旋转稳定性能力的重要指标。
Taking the dance major students in Shenyang Conservatory of Music as research object, using multidisciplinary research methods (statistics, dance training, dance anatomy, etc. ), the balancing capacity of these students is tested and valued. By assessing the value of the indicators, the balancing capacity could be measured from the angle of quantification. It is considered that, dance is an art that use body language to express attitudes and feelings, so, it requires the dancers to combine the technical skills with artistic quality. The body technical skills include many basic exercises, such as jump, revolution, somersault, control, and all of these will require good stability. Therefore, the balanced capacity is the important measure of the dancers' stability.
