The Origin and evolution of the art of music in China are analyzed. From the perspective of culture philosophy, the evolution and awakening of the art of music in China are researched and described, and the cultural mood of the art of music and the patterns and continuation under the new philosophical concepts are analyzed. It is considered that, each step of the development of Chinese music art, from the rudimentary stage, growing period, renaissance, evolution, to awakening in new period, engraved a deep philosophical and cultural mark, which can determine the function of evolution and awakening of Chinese music art under cultural philosophy.
