两种敷料对层流手术间动态下空气质量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of two surgical dressings on dynamic air quality in laminar flow operating room

摘要 目的研究无纺布手术衣及敷料与棉织布手术衣及敷料对层流手术室动态下空气质量的影响,为提高层流手术间动态空气质量措施提供科学依据。方法选取医院2013年2-10月骨科全髋关节置换手术患者100例,随机分成A、B两组,每组各50例,A组用无纺布手术衣及敷料,B组用棉织布手术衣及敷料;采用沉降法和浮游法对两组手术间动态空气质量进行监测,并将监测结果进行比较。结果沉降法监测中A、B两组手术间平均空气沉降菌菌落数整体比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.12,P<0.01),在不同时点比较中,麻醉前A、B两组手术间空气沉降菌菌落数比较差异无统计学意义,在切皮前、手术中、缝合前及手术结束后各时点两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);浮游法监测中A、B两组手术间平均空气浮游菌菌落数整体比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.78,P<0.01),在不同时点比较中,麻醉前A、B两组手术间空气浮游菌菌落数比较差异无统计学意义,在切皮前、手术中、缝合前、手术结束后各时点两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用无纺布手术衣及敷料的手术其手术间动态空气质量明显优于使用传统棉织布手术衣及敷料。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of non‐woven surgical gowns and surgical dressings and cotton weaving gowns and dressings on dynamic air quality in laminar flow operating room so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the dynamic air quality in the laminar flow operating room .METHODS A total of 100 patients who un‐derwent the total hip replacement surgery in the department of orthopedics from Feb 2013 to Oct 2013 were en‐rolled in the study and randomly divided into the group A and the group B ,with 50 cases in each ;the group A was treated with the non‐woven surgical gown and dressings ,while the group B was given cotton weaving gowns and dressings .The sedimentation method and floating method were used to monitor the dynamic air qualities in the two groups of operating rooms ,and the monitoring results were compared .RESULTS As compared with the aver‐age air sedimentation bacterial colony counts monitored by the sedimentation method ,there was statistically signif‐icant difference between the group A and the group B (t=3 .12 ,P〈0 .01);as compared with the different time points ,there was no statistically significant difference in the air sedimentation bacterial colony counts between the group A and the group B before the anesthesia , there was statistically significant difference between the two groups at the time points including before the skin incision ,during the surgery ,before suture ,and after surgery (P〈0 .05) .As compared with the average air floating bacterial colony counts monitored by the floating method , there was statistically significant difference between the group A and the group B (t=3 .78 ,P〈0 .01);as com‐pared with the average air floating bacterial colony counts at different time points ,there was no statistically signifi‐cant difference between the group A and the group B before the anesthesia ,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups at the time points including before the skin incision ,during surgery ,before su‐ture ,and after surgery (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The dynamic air quality is significantly better in the operating rooms where the non‐woven surgical gown and surgical dressings are used than in the those where the traditional cotton cloth surgical gowns and surgical dressing are used .
