品管圈理念在手术室医疗耗材管理中的应用

Application of idea of quality control circle in management of medical consumables in operating room

目的探索品管圈理念在手术室医疗耗材管理中的应用,总结实践经验。方法针对医疗耗材管理中存在的问题,利用品管圈工具采用计划、调研、目标设计、分析、对策拟定、实践和探讨、效果分析、改进等流程,展开品管圈管理活动。结果通过改进耗材供应方式,提高医疗耗材管理效率;缩短取物距离,物品供给满意度由41.74%提高至94.45%;保障手术耗材供应的配合质量,为护理人员提供方便、快捷的耗材供应环境。结论应用品管圈理念有效提高了医疗耗材供给满意度,并改善护理工作效率以及护理服务质量,增强医疗护理人员的团队协作能力和团队凝聚力。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application of the quality control circle in the management of medical con‐sumables and sum up practical experience .METHODS To focus on the existing problems in the management of medical consumables ,we used the quality control circle tools to carry out the work ,including making plans ,in‐vestigation and research ,objective design ,analysis ,drawing countermeasures ,practice and discussion ,effect analysis ,and improvement .RESULTS The efficiency of management of the medical consumables has been improved through the improvement of supply approach of the medical consumables ;the distance to collect items have been shortened ,the satisfaction with the supply of objects increased from 41 .74% to 94 .45% ;the quality of fitting the supply of surgical consumables has been guaranteed ,and the convenient and fast supply of the medical consuma‐bles has been achieved for the nursing staff .CONCLUSION The satisfaction with the supply of medical consuma‐bles is effectively raised through the idea of quality control circle ,the nursing efficiency and the nursing quality are improved ;the teamwork and cohesion of the nursing staff are intensified .
