摘要
采用有限元软件对1 000MW超超临界汽轮机高压主调门阀体进行数值模拟,分析了冷态启动工况下阀壳的温度场与应力场变化规律,结果得到了综合应力集中的时刻与位置,从而为超超临界汽轮机高压主调门阀壳检修和设计提供了参考。
In this paper, using the finite element software for numerical simulation of 1000MW ultra supercritical steam turbine high pressure main and control valve body, analysis of the temperature field of cold start valve housing conditions and the variation of stress field, the results obtained the time and location of stress concentration, so as to provide references for ultra supereritical steam turbine high pressure main valve and control valve shell repair and design.
