The main focus of structural adjustment is to expand domestic demand.

1、结构调整的主攻方向是扩大内需。调结构是一篇大文章，有很多工作要做，千万不要误解为调结构就是单纯压缩过剩产能，这只是调结构的一个方面。我们的大结构方面还存在着很多问题，比如我们过去讲调结构主攻方向是什么？是扩大内需，这是最大的结构调整，也是稳增长的根本之策。

Structural adjustment is a big issue, which calls for a lot of efforts. We should never view structural adjustment as only about reducing overcapacity, which is just one aspect of structural adjustment. There are still a lot of problems in the overall economic structure. There is another key aspect of structural adjustment that we have been focusing on all along--expanding domestic demand.
