摘要
高校图书馆内部营销体系由3种元素构成:组织文化是核心元素,营销理念是关键元素,人才培养、过程控制、环境建设和沟通机制是行为元素。本文分析了各元素间的关系,并结合部分图书馆的工作实践探讨了内部营销体系建设的策略。
In the university library, internal marketing system is composed of three constitute elements as follows: the organization culture is the core element, the marketing idea is the key element, the personnel training, process control, environment construction and communication system are the behavior elements. This paper analyses the relationship between the elements, and puts forward some strategies of internal marketing system construc- tion combined with work practice in library.
