图书馆信息伦理包括馆员信息伦理和用户信息伦理两个部分。本文从用户信息伦理的视角为出发点,针对网络环境下高校图书馆用户存在的一些伦理失范现象,指出了信息伦理教育的必要性和目标,并就此提出了图书馆对用户进行信息伦理教育的途径。
