阅读困难群体因基本可行阅读能力不同程度地被剥夺而被处于社会边缘地位。图书馆具有为阅读困难群体服务的优势,同时也是其履行社会责任、体现社会包容的重要手段。因此,图书馆应加强与多方合作,构建阅读困难群体权益保障机制;完善公共图书馆服务网络体系,对阅读困难群体实施知识援助;为阅读困难群体提供具有针对性、差别性、高效性的图书馆服务。

Abstract Groups with reading difficulties is in the social marginalized position, because their basic reading capabilities are deprived. Libraries have advantages in serving groups with reading difficulties, at the same time, serving groups with reading difficulties is important methods to take the social responsibility and reflect the social inclusion. Therefore, libraries should strengthen the cooperation with others, construct the rights and benefits guarantee mechanism for groups with reading difficulties, perfect the public library service network system, provide knowledge assistance for groups with reading difficulties, provide library services with pertinence, distinctiveness and high efficiency for groups with reading difficulties.
