论区域自由贸易协定中优惠原产地规则对国际直接投资流向的影响

区域自由贸易协定中优惠原产地规则对国际直接投资资本的流向产生或吸引或排斥的作用。严格的原产地标准无疑会使得更多的区域外资本投向自由贸易区内,以使其产品获得区域内产品的经济国籍,享受区域内税费等优惠待遇。我国在参加区域自由贸易协定谈判的时候应该针对不同国家和地区,区别对待不同产业,制定宽严相济的优惠原产地规则。
