消化内镜科分诊的护理探讨

Probe into nursing care of triage in department of digestive endoscopy

[目的]总结消化内镜科分诊的护理工作经验。[方法]对病人的身体状况进行有效评估,检查前需要仔细阅读检查申请单有效降低检查风险;加强与病人的沟通工作、心理护理和了解病人当前病情情况。对病人检查前的准备工作的完成状况有所了解的基础上合理安排检查时间,做好健康教育,护理结束后对病人发放调查问卷,进行护理质量调查。[结果]调查问卷显示,病人的满意程度达到90%以上。[结论]消化内镜科分诊护理工作非常重要,保证病人所有检查的顺利完成,提高了病人对护理工作的满意度。

Objective： To summarize the nursing experiences of triage in department of digestive endoscopy. Methods：Physical condition of the patients was evaluated effectively. The inspection checks should be carefully read before inspection so as to effectively reduce detection risk; to strengthen the communication work with patients, psychological nursing and understand the current patients. On the basis of knowing about the completion of preparation work before checking to arrange inspection time in reason,good health education, care the questionnaires for the pa- tient after the end of nursing, and the quality of care survey was carried out. Results：Questionnaire showed that the patients＇ satisfaction reached the above 90%. Conclusion：Triage nursing in department of digestive endoscopy is very important, and it has provided the guarantee for all examination smoothly and greatly increased the patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing work.
