摘要
春秋时期周王室衰微,各国的政治独立性逐渐增强,鲁国为提高自身的争霸实力,不断加强在政治、经济、文化、军事等方面的统治管理。春秋时期鲁国公臣职官制度作为其政治管理制度的重要组成部分,是研究春秋时期鲁国政治制度的主要内容之一。通过借鉴古籍资料及现有研究成果,在考查西周政治制度与文化传统的基础上,对西周政治制度对鲁国官职制度的影响,春秋时期鲁国的公臣职官构成体系及鲁国公臣职官管理制度等春秋鲁国的公臣职官管理制度进行探究。
In the Chunqiu period,the Zhou dynasty declined and the political independence gradually enhanced from country to country. In order to improve its own capability and superiority,the Lu state also constantly reinforced the ruling in politics,economy,culture and military. The minister and staff management system of Lu state in Chunqiu Period,as an important part of the constitutional system,was one of major research contents of Lu political systems. With reference to the ancient book materials and the existing research achievements,this paper explores the minister and staff management system of Lu state in Chunqiu Period on the basis of investigating the political system and the cultural tradition of Western Zhou Dynasty. It elaborates mainly from the following aspects:(1) the influence of the political system of Western Zhou Dynasty on the staff system of Lu state;(2) the constitution system of the minister and staff system of Lu state and its management system.
