会宁县退耕还林(草)工程效果调查研究——以会宁县刘寨乡和土门岘乡为例

Surveyon effect of the returning farmland to forest(grass) project in Huining——A case study in Liuzhai Township and Tumenxian Township of Huining County

以刘寨乡和土门岘乡为例,运用参与式农村评估法对会宁县北部乡镇退耕还林(草)工程农户认知状况进行了调查分析,结果表明:广大农户对该工程广泛认同,主要体现在:(1)广大农户普遍认为水土流失是制约经济收入的主要因素之一,只有积极参与实施退耕还林工程建设,才能增加经济收入,从源头上遏制水土流失,改善生态环境,建设美好家园;(2)广大农户对退耕还林(草)工程取得的显著水土保持效益广泛认同,而且大多数农户的家庭经济收入呈现增加势头。通过工程的实施,当地的土地利用率和生产率显著提高,土地利用结构更加合理,农村产业结构得到调整,社会效益显著。

Liuzhai Township and Tumenxian Township in Huining County where the‘returning farmland to forest project＇was implemented were selected as the samples to investigate the cognition of farmers through participatory rural appraisal method.Results showed that the project has been widely accepted by farmers and it could be shown in the following aspects：（1）most farmers had recognized that the water and soil erosion was one of the main factors affecting their income and the project was a suitable solution;（2）most farmers had realized that the project had shown the improving effect on water and soil erosion conservation and their income was increasing after the project was implemented.
