试论工程建设招投标存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Bidding of Engineering Construction

随着经济的快速发展,政府性投资不断加大,工程建设招投标存在着种种不规范行为,既影响建筑市场秩序又阻碍经济发展。本文分析了工程建设中存在的主要问题、产生问题的原因,提出了解决问题的对策。尽管工程建设招投标的问题突出、原因众多,只要我们找到解决工程建设招投标问题的对策,就能维护好公平公正的建筑市场秩序,促进经济快速发展。
