Game between Government and Enterprises for Pension Fund Risks

文章从政府与企业博弈的角度,对当前老龄化背景下中国社会养老保险基金中存在的问题进行探讨。通过对未来中国养老保险制度负担比的预测,比较养老保险成本率和缴费率的关系,分析中国养老保险基金存在的风险。集中描述政府与企业在养老保险基金风险问题上的博弈,并提出规范博弈行为和完善养老保险制度的相应对策。

This paper analyzes the problems of Chinese social pension fund under the background of aging situation from the angle of the game between government and enterprises.By predicting the future burden ratio（aging indexes） of Chinese Pension System and comparing the pension cost rate and contribution rate,this paper analyzes the risks exiting in the Chinese pension fund and concentrates on the game of pension fund risks between government and enterprises.At last,the article proposes the measures to regulate the game behavior and complete the pension fund system.
