众筹融资信用风险分析及管理体系构建

Crowd Funding Credit Risk Analyzing and Management System Establishing

众筹融资作为互联网金融市场的一种新业务,随着市场规模扩大、参与主体增加,信用风险凸显。由于众筹融资市场开放程度高、风险危害性大,急需建立与其对应的信用风险管理体系。笔者基于融资项目和众筹平台两个角度对众筹融资信用风险进行分析,提出从完善众筹融资的政策环境、经营环境和平台环境三个方面建立信用风险管理体系,以保障众筹融资业务健康发展。

Crowd funding is a new business in the internet financial market. With the scale of internet financial market expanding and the number of participators increasing, to research the credit risks of crowd funding becomes more and more important. Because of its highly opening to public, the credit risks of crowd funding can cause more problems and bring more financial dangers to us. We should establish a management system to prevent the credit risk of crowd funding. Based on the analysis of the credit risks of finance projects and crowd funding＇ s carriers, we suggest that we can keep crowd funding healthy developed by improving the policy,management and carriers of crowd funding.
