中国农业隐含碳排放核算与分析——兼与一般碳排放核算方法的对比 被引量:9

摘要 一般核算方法所得出的碳排放核算结果低估了农业部门的碳排放。我国农业从传统农业向现代农业转变的过程中,隐含碳排放核算方法反映碳排放更加全面,为现代农业的低碳化发展提供更加可靠的依据;中间载能生产资料耗用而产生的间接碳排放是构成隐含碳排放的重要部分,也是引起隐含碳排放变动的主要因素。建议改进现有的碳排放核算方法以明确碳排放构成,以便有针对性地进行农业碳减排;明确农业中间投入品生产者减排责任,通过政策引导市场要素全面向现代农业低碳化发展领域投入。 This article compared CO2 emission volumechange trend and emission strength based on both general and embodied CO2 calculate method from 1990 to 2010 in China's agriculture departmentWith the embodied CO2 emission calculation we can divide the CO2 into direct CO2 emission that caused by energy consuming and indirect CO2 emission that caused by consume the expendables which consume energy themselves and generate CO2 when they were consumedlt turns out that general CO2 emission calculates method is under estimated the CO2 emission volume in agriculture departmentcomparativelythe embodied CO2 emission calculation is more comprehensive that reflect more aspects of the agricultural productionand can provide more convincible evidence to guide the practice in modem agriculture project; indirect CO2 emission caused by consume the expendables is an important part of the embodied CO2 emission and it's the main reason of the change in embodied CO2 emission volumeThereforeit's important to collect and format the useful dataand improve the calculate method to reduce the agricultural CO2 emission intentionally; attach importance to the calculation of indirect CO2 emission of the agricultural participantand clarify the expendable providers' responsibilities to reduce C02 emission; and guide the essential market factors into the Lowcarbon agricultural field with policies to help to reduce CO2 emission in agriculture department is also important and sustainable.
