容差方案设计在直升机活动罩阶差计算上的应用

摘要 针对直升机活动罩阶差问题,建立了活动罩累积误差和阶差的计算方法,结合活动罩和缘条零件制造和装配过程工艺分析的基础上,计算出了活动罩和缘条的累积误差和阶差,并进行数据分析,分析表明活动罩的外形误差是引起活动罩阶差的主要因数。应用实例的结果表明,该研究方法可推广到整流罩其他类似部件的计算分析,指导容差分配,提高整流罩装配质量。 For the step difference of helicopter activity cover, a calculation method of accumulated error and step difference is established, on the basis of the analysis of manufacturing and assembly process of activity cover and the outer parts, accumulated error and step difference is calculated, and their data is analyzed. The results show that shape tolerance of activity cover is the main factor of step difference of activity cover. The results of the application examples indicate that the calculation method can be applied to the outer parts of the fairing assembly of helicopter, to guide the tolerance allocation and improve the quality of the fairing assembly of helicopter.
