社会记忆视角下的网络信息存档研究

Study on Archiving the Network Information Under the Perspective of Social Memory

信息时代产生了大量网络信息,成为社会记忆的重要组成部分。以建档的形式保存网络信息,是保存网络中的社会记忆,构建完整社会记忆大厦的重要举措。遗憾的是,作为社会记忆构建主体的档案部门,却并未予以很好的关注和实施。本文将从社会记忆的视角出发,在借鉴国内外相关主体实践经验的基础上,研究我国档案部门如何存档网络信息,并分析其中面临的问题及突破方法。

A large number of network information has been produced during the information age and becomes an important part of social memory. Archiving network information is an important measure to preserve social memory which is stored in the network and build a complete social memory mansion. Unfortunately, as the main body of building social memory, archives did not pay much attention and implementation to it. This article will start from the angle of social memory, study how our country＇ s archives to preserve network information, analyze the problems that archiving network information will face and breakthrough methods on the basis of domestic and foreign relevant network information preservation projects.
